Since 2011, Caroline Tonna has volunteered as Costume Curator at Casa Rocca Piccola, entrusted by the Marquis de Piro to preserve and study the extraordinary lace and costume collection. She leads specialised “show and tell” on-site tours and lectures, and co-produced the book Ladies of Malta in Extravagant & Spectacular Maltese Lace (Nicholas de Piro, 2013).
